The one I go to where cs is very nice and will load 2500 of of 13 vgc in one transaction without batting an eye

First step is to get an activated RC in your hand. Then you close BB. Then register your RC.

Not worth it to close BB or Serve until you have the RC because you can still use it in the interim, especially if you don't live near a target that sells them.

At which ATM's? as far as I know its only $400 per day in NY. Have tried many locations. Cannot get more than that.

On motzai shabbos it let me do it but yesterday it didn't. This was at the Junction Target.

On the last of the month, I needed to pull out so I tried again, the 2nd 400 was to big so I went to 360 then 20 and didn't let another 20
The nexy day, I just did. 400, 380 no problems (without needing to turn around

)
