Anyone try loading a redcard with another Prepaid Redcard?

Not sure about Monsey, but people do it all the time. If they ask, you can just say that you're loading up your wife's card...love the 5% deals.

Ive done it many times in Monsey, not once have I been asked for ID.

+1, although the FT method is YMMV. Sometimes i get a cashier who doesn't want to try something different

I was just by target in queens mall and the cashier didn't let me do it only by the customer service is it always like that ?

YMMV i had CS telling me that i cannot load more then 2000 a day

Someone earlier had the idea of using up small GCs to load the RC.  How would I do that? "I want to load 1K" and swipe each card.  It will automatically drain each card and keep a running tally of what I still have to pay. Then the rest I pay with a cc swipe.
Correct so far? 
How many cards can I use in one transaction - is there a limit? If there is, I could just do more transactions - $500 load instead of 1K.

no limit, I swiped 24 swipes for one (x3) load

Yup. Thats the whole reason. We DDFers easily spend 5k to 25K per month on target merch

That's exactly what the CapitalOne CSR asked my friend when he called about being flagged for fraud.

My friend added his own account to his mother's card and successfully withdrew.
