That's exactly what the CapitalOne CSR asked my friend when he called about being flagged for fraud. :DMy friend added his own account to his mother's card and successfully withdrew.

I was trying to add my wife card to my bank account and it did not let me do it .

They can upload a dollar and put in their own info (DOB,SS,driver license) and once paid (which in CLE automatically means activated [correct?]) can just give me the card info (card number) and I should be able to apply for a perm card online without anything else and be able to put in my own info and NOT NEED the info my friend put in in CLE.

actually two nights ago i loaded by one cashier - i try to spread it out if there are ppl online behind me, i know i would be so annoyed if the guy in front of me is taking forever. I did first load a 500 gc then i paid for my items

Correct. You just need the card number and security code.

..and probably ruined it for everyone else that wants to load in that specific Target

I usually swipe for $1k at a time and the transactions never go through. I always need to go through fraud prevention stuff. Anyone have any idea how to avoid this? Is there any way to raise my fraud prevention minimum swipe?

do you have a low CL? try calling in advance and letting them know that you will be making a large purchase in target... seemed to work for people upthread
