Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

The 4 digit pin is the 4 digits on the top right above the 15 digit card number on the front?

Tried registering my daughter.  Put in dob of 1990 instead of 2010 but they asked for ssn card and photo ID so that's a fail. I called and pretended I had put in correct year and she asked how old so I said 4 and she said can't do it cuz needs to be 18. I said I didn't know and apologized. She said no problem, and account will close in 3 days by itself.
Is it worth destroying your daughters credit because you want to try to make a few bucks with MS? for real? is this card #11 for you?

How would this destroy her credit? And why can't it be #3?

Each card can be worth $250 a month, possibly more.

This may even help her credit.

Is it necessary to activate the temp card or does it not matter? (if the 1500 pre Perm card dont matter to me) it sounds like the perm card is being sent my way anyways.

Yes it is worth destroying her credit because I want the spend and she won't need it when I sell billions of points and am set for life.
It's not number 11.it's number 74. I when I called I told them I have used all my friends and families ssns and really needed to meet the threshold on a few more credit cards. The lady said I can't use credit cards and was very rude so I got her supervisor and told him I needed to do more spending and demanded an apology. When he didn't give me one I had him transfer me to superior at corporate to leave a message and I sent an email asking to bend the 5k a month rule for me cuz I have given them 100s of thousands of dollars in business in 3 months.

Activating is adding cash the first time in store. Not sure what you are asking...

That is referring to activating the perm card. Like any cc, you need to activate the physical card

I just got the card info (15 digit # and Pin), I dont have the actual physical Temp Card so I guess its not necessary to activate it and just wait for the perm card?

the temp card was activated by whoever have you the numbers. You couldn't have registered if it wasn't. Now you just need to wait for the perm card to come then activate that online and start using it.
