Just wondering if withdrawing money online from my redcard to my bank account within 24 hours of a load would raise some flags, or should i just wait like a week? What would typically get someone's redcard banned?

That never happened yet, so there's no exact way of unloading REDcard that will ensure you are never shut down. Waiting a week imo is too long; I wait 1-2 days before bill paying.
