What if the person I write a check to doesn't receive it?
Can u stop the check?
Any fees?

What's does stopping a check to do with red cards?

He is prob referring to a check from red card.
No fees. They will open up a case. If it was deposited they will tell you so, and there is nothing to do. If it wasn't deposited allegedly they will give you the money back and cancel the check.

BH I was told at Brooklyn target that only debit or cash will be accepted to load my redcard... any advise?

Near 5T - all good. No ft method possible but very pleasant and fast. Card #1 is done for February.

They give you a date by when you will receive the check and its usually there on that day.
