Topic Wiki

Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

May only try for 2k on each rc bc my goal is to hit csp spending so that's 2 less swipes, less chance of making someone unhappy

Is there an app for RC like BB and serve?
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Perhaps this question is obvious but wanted to check.  I went to an allpoint ATM to withdraw cash from my prepaid redcard and it gave 3 choicesto withdraw from:  from checking,  from savings,  and from credit card

Which do i chose.  I assume i should chose to withdraw from credit card...but the redcard is reallly a prepaid card rather than a CC so i wasn't sure

You've posted at least 5 times about this load with not an inkling about the location. Care to share?

Can a staples rebate card be loaded online as a debit card?
(It has the name printed on it)
And if yes can it be a spouse's?

Recently I've done about 8k RC MS across 2 new AMEX cards (though I already have about 18 months history with them). Saw today that AMEX soft pulled my Experian CR. Does anyone think that means anything, like maybe I'm making them nervous with all the MS and fraud alerts? I know all banks soft pull every once in a while but these accounts are fairly new (which means they've just done hard pull to accept me) which is why I wonder.

As long as everyone keeps posting every move they make at every target they go to it will die pretty quickly in tri state area. Have you noticed that hardly anyone from other areas post what they do???
