sorry if this was asked already i looked and didn't see also didn't see in the wiki. when trying to make a cc payment with redbird use bill pay asked for business name i put amex and account number i put my cc number? did that and bill was not paid for 4 days now any help? did i do it right? (i saw someone wrote same as serve i never used serve)

I don't have an issue with that at all. I did 8k last night.

Maybe wait another day or two. Today is the third day in a 3 day weekend. Look at your payment confirmation and see what day it was supposed to post.

Payments aren't usually processed over the weekend and today is a public holiday. Check again later in the week.

Was the money deducted from your RC account?

I have been in 8 stores in the last couple of days most on the try state area some in lic and in westbery all of them only let me do 1k per day and all of them told me that the CC has to match to the RG name .

I had no problem 2 days ago in Howell loading 2.5k each on 2 RCs, neither of which were in my name, using Amex gcs. Though they did tell me a week ago that the CC name and the RC name need to match, they don't have an issue with GCs

They tell you payment delivery date for each payment. And like everyone said it's a holiday weekend.

Okay. Cashier said CS only - new policy. CS said only two transactions per day. Second cashier had no problem doing my 3rd transaction.

I just received a "card processing error" when trying to load. Cashier even tried multiple registers.

Yesterday I had a flagged account from two 1k loads with SP. Turns out just needed to confirm the purchases. ALL GOOD b"h.

Went to target near brooklyn college had no issues, even let me do my wifes card without her being present. Seems to be you need to find the right cashier.
