Hey everyone!!! Target guest services told me that as of march 1st, all stores will have this card available. Im here in ny and complained to amex that they pick and choose states were they try these items out. (Chairmansoffice@aexp.com). Anyway, he said unofficially that its true. These cards coming to all states this week!!! Yay!

That's bad news. That means they will stop taking credit cards sooner, b/c there will be a huge influx.

Btw, when i said i spoke to target, i mean "guest services over the phone" . Also, that amex email is the executive line . They called me back

Tonight, I was in a Target that limits load to 1k/day. There was a frum guy on line that was arguing with cs lady telling her that he used to do more than 1 transaction/day. He didn't believe her and asked to call the manager. Lady is getting frustrated and calls the manager. She repeats that limit is 1k/day because of fraud. He then asks for her name!!! idk what for but now she's pissed. she's now hollering for manager, while he's saying to look at his ID to see it's not fraud; that's when i finished by the ATM and left.

Couldn't believe what happened, so I waited outside to explain that this Target was 1k for a while already. He says he's not on DDF (because then he should know better!!) and usually doesn't give a hard time, but tonight he was annoyed that she was giving him attitude.

Still speechless.

I got this error on all my cards so I thought it's a system issue which will be fixed.
