Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

ppl loading in Jersey all day long the cs at brick target told me "your brothers come all day to load" they never give us a problem could u imagine if every bored person posts ever time they load. And why would you load 2k when u could load 2.5k that just makes a extra trip(and post)

Where?  I don't think there's a dispute that Target and RC allow it.  The problem is individual store policies.
