Why use CG for RB when you can use them on Serve?  Save RB for direct CC loads. 

With Serve you still need WM (or FD). My point was that you don't need BB/Serve to avoid fraud alerts - you can use GC on RC the same way.

I swiped today for $490 and it went through on my credit card and shows up online on amex, however on RedCard website it doesnt show up.

Suggestions? Going to call them soon.

HUCA? My friend had a similar situation and got his credit to his RC yesterday. I'm also in the same situation and was told 10 biz days from last Monday, and when I called today to follow up was told 2-3 more biz days.

  That's pretty crappy, hope that's not the standard policy for cases like this.


If you're desperate for the $ you can always charge back and risk them shutting down your RC, but short of that you might just want to hang on and assume they will make you whole eventually.

Loaded on with my Amex Platinum. Had the same issue a week later with my Citi AA Platinum

I opened disputes already. Citi was closed in my favor, Amex is still processing. Redcard is the one that said to open the disputes.

Hackensack store manager said a few people yelled at the CS people,  so they are limiting redcards to loading done by the manager only,  $900 per day.

I can't imagine what people were complaining about. The store let you load however much you wanted.

I'm guessing cashiers didn't like it when people asked to load 1k, 1k, and then 500. Some might have refused. I'm hoping no one yelled at the cashiers if this happened...

I've loaded with almost all their cashiers and never encountered one who cared or said anything.
