Data point on botched loads on 2/25. I called cust service today (hadn't called at all about it until now), told him the date and the amount, they gave me a ref nr and told me they will fix it, apologized for the inconvenience, told me if I wanted to call to follow up on it I can give them the ref nr the rep gave me. Pretty smooth quick phone call.
When you call by the way they ask for your card nr, 4 digit sec code and also your date of birth and last 4 of your social.
From what I read, a lot of people have had their loads show up in about 10 days after calling cust service.
