Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Anyone else having problems paying certain Payees from target prepaid redcard. It ssems to behaving issues allowing me to send a payment to any of my chase accounts. I cant even pay of the Target Chargecard I have with this account.

I've never had problems with Bill Pay but I have with transferring money and so I know the site can get buggy. Why don't you try calling? Maybe they'll do it for you over the phone.

Yes I'm having issues. I get a message "Sorry, we're unable to add or modify this payee. Please check the information and try again. If you're still having an issue, please contact us by calling Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559.".

Should I be worried? Has anyone seen this before?

Believe it or not most of us here do have jobs. I have to wonder what kind of job you have where you can afford to have such a poor grasp of the English language. Even excluding typos and autocorrect (can your even have misspellings with autocorrect?), your grammar, confusion of tenses, and general misuse of words cannot be explained simply by not enough time to type quickly.
