Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

I did $999.99 (x2) and $499.99. The woman at CS knew exactly what to do - told me how she's done it for previous customers and that they didn't get a fraud issue LOL.

Quick question - what is the legality status on buying a temp card opened up by someone else with false credentials before registering?  Wondering what peoples opinions are as I'm considering buying from the other threads.

You mean he put in random SSN and DOB when buying and activating? That means absolutely nothing.
