Sounds like the rest of the target's in the country will now get educated about the RC, being that people will be traveling out of the tri state for pesach.

Data point: Target in Clifton seems to have adopted the $1000 a day policy. Anybody have recent experience otherwise?

According to CS. However, some cashiers are willing to do additional loads. One told me that if I load $1K I have to go to CS, so I did $995.

A few cashiers told me this already. One of them first said $999 but then double checked with cs and confirmed that it's really $1000

Like others mentioned, if you can get a cashier to load a smaller amount, you can double dip.

Load at a cashier and then go to CS for another $1,000.

What location? I just loaded in Howell ($200 - for actual Target use!!!!

) and the cashier told me that the system was down earlier but she tried and it worked.

In Los Angeles. They are super nice here. The same cashier was willing to do all my loads...

Actually, Lakewood/Howell branch is inundated with reloads and they're still pretty nice (as we saw many times in the last 400+ pages of posts). Maybe they're just used to Jews.
