I think gateway is your best bet, they dont ask to match cc, RC, and id like the junction.

Yes. But last time I went,I wasn't able to load, the system might have been down. And after swiping two different cc's, the manger warned me that I have one last try. Guess there's a three strike policy

How long does it take for a return on a regular target purchase to post to the card? I bought something on target.com and returned it last night and they put the money back on the card but I still don't see it in my account.

Returns always take 1 to 4 days, even on regular credit card
