So Target cares about the CC and RC matching but does not care about you using a CC not in your name?

I've been to few never had an issue. If it exists it's an NYC issue again.

I have made thousands of loads to cards not in my name and never had a problem. Answer the question I asked.

Well the best I can do is work off experience and hearsay. Have you ever had an issue? Whoever has speak up. Otherwise we can logically conclude it's not an issue most of the time.

you missed my point... You made a general statement about most target's... I've been asked for ID in some locations and have not been asked in others...

currently the AU stuff ain't nonsense bec. some places do require that id match the cc-rc. Now if NY people would have more people's skills maybe this would never have been a problem to begin with

usually the ones that require matching ID also want pic id no? At least It's always been that way for me, all or nothing

you quoted me earlier I said that he was wrong regarding the fact that if they require matching id they wouldn't neccessarily require a matching license/photo id
