A couple of reports popped up today on FlyerTalk of people being credited today for the failed credit card loads to Redbird on or after Feb 25...take a look at your Redbird acct. I had only made one call to cust service about it, looked into it up and don't see anything yet.
People said they didn't receive an email or call from REDcard like they were told, confirming the credit, the money was just credited onto their Redbird acct, showed with the same date as the failed transaction.
