Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Calm down everyone...Redbird was still working the last time I checked.

Don't think that's the point over here.

Are most people still withdrawing the money directly to their checking accounts after a load without worry, or doing bill pay to avoid being shut down?

Didn't exactly expect someone to have exact stats. Was just wondering to hear what a couple of people here are doing.

Don't dig your head in the sand, it's an unfortunate reality
What, everyone who abuses is a stupid n00b Jew? If you would read other forums, you would see many complaints about noobs which don't appear to be Jews. Jews aren't the only ones in this game. And you were never a noob? Such remarks stem either from anti-semitism or selfishness.

Unfortunately, or fortunately it seems we are much more noticeable. The world doesn't bat an eye when Syria etc does something, but Israel...

+100. Especially when you go to target in Brooklyn, and the line waiting for a manager, to do reloads, are all Jews.
