Topic Wiki

Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

I once got it too, did you try withdrawing from the ATM and getting declined? That's what it was by me and when I told them it was me they cleared it up it was not a big deal
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

As if that would prove anything.
cant argue with that given the history. I just dont get it. I've done this since November 1 and never gotten any remotely quirky emails.

Just a friendly reminder: "Your" means belonging to you. "You're" means you are.  :)

What should i tell them about why i loaded 2k on a card and immediately withdrew it?

Telling them you're too lazy/stupid/pickanadjective to MS responsibly without triggering flags and acct reviews, that you didn't want to do what many of us suggest, like billpay the credit card, and that now you're having to call customer service and explain yourself, and possibly risking being banned from Amex prepaid acct for a while if you continue to do things like this.

Sorry for the frank remarks on my part :)

Take it easy!  I'm a man.  And I actually don't have 30 cards.  I have just a few.
Other than starting a sentence with "And", congratulations on your recent grammar improvements!!

There is nothing inherently wrong with beginning a sentence with "and".
