Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Why is it that when I pay a large grocery bill,or kids tuition I never get fraud alerts, but when I load in target, I'm getting alerts left and right ?!

why this card is no longer giving 5% off target  online purchase?

I have always received 5% off on online order and tried reordering today but it is not showing 5% off red card saving

Isn't it because Target had those ID theft issues? Also when was the last time you spent 1k, 1k and 500 one after another for real shopping?
