Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

If you manage to get them to do it, without them hemming, and hawing, then your one sweet talker.
Even with hemming and hawing...if they do it at all.

In the yearly stages of the red card, on their website it read "one social per day".
For already a while that line was removed from their website.

I haven't tried since, but I wonder if it still works to register 2 on the same name and social....

has anyone loaded with an amex card then turned around and paid the amex acct with the redcard? do they monitor the charges and the payments directly to the credit card that was charged?

It's not recommended to do it too often. They might freeze the account.

הכא במאי עסקינן, he has a cousin (or other relative/friend) with the same name as his. For example, Chaim Moskowitz.

No one reported that his account was frozen because he paid off his CC bill from his RC account, but definitely it's not the best idea to do so.

I'd suggest you should open a separate thread call it pixi's identity or you name it.  Keep the RC thread for RC talk.
