For those people who loaded have you checked your redcard balance? I am on phone with redcard again and it sounds like this is going to be an enormous headache. Ugh, shouldn't have thrown those receipts out.

DON'T GO TO LOAD. If you already loaded, don't worry. keep the receipt. once you have a receipt, you are guaranteed to get it back. This is America!

There is no difference cash or cc because the system gives this error before trying g to swipe the cc

so then maybe it's not a cc problem but a rc problem. Which means that the RC states may be good for a while....

The woman said that the IT fixes should be complete in the next four to five hours. This is going to really really suck having my money tied up in this for probably weeks.

So let's make it clear.. Did anyone loaded his card with success past few hours ( or maybe more) ? Is this error everywhere? What did the customer service say?
