Just called redcard and they spoke to a manager about my "missing $490". They said there is nothing they can do except escalate the case. And there wouldn't be an answer till around 10 days. I refused, saying they can't keep my money and they need to refund my credit card.
Any other options besides disputing now with the credit card on the basis that they reversed the charge? I have proof showing that they reversed the charge from the online transaction window.
At this point I want my money back plus interest for them holding on to it without giving me access to my money. Or atleast my money back.
