I just tried to load my cards I got an error on all of them contact CSC I've seen people reporting that issue but I didn't see no explanation What that error means and how to resolve it. Any idea?

Just called redcard and they spoke to a manager about my "missing $490". They said there is nothing they can do except escalate the case. And there wouldn't be an answer till around 10 days. I refused, saying they can't keep my money and they need to refund my credit card.

Any other options besides disputing now with the credit card on the basis that they reversed the charge? I have proof showing that they reversed the charge from the online transaction window.

At this point I want my money back plus interest for them holding on to it without giving me access to my money. Or atleast my money back.

Just got my first annoying trip. 1k per day and all the cashiers wanted to call the GSTL (who did my initial load). came back 10 min later after running another errand and she recognized me. She had made a copy of my receipt from the purchase and kept it in one drawer which all redbirds have to be loaded at. When I came back she started looking through the receipts to see how much I had loaded already. Ended up stopping at another store and did it nice and quick.

I was straightforward with her when she asked if I had been there earlier. I said yes but I just bought a bunch of stuff (in the cart) and wanted to do one more load of $500. She went through the drawer to see how much my initial load was.

I had this problem since Tuesday night they sending me a new card never loaded that card yet

Loaded successfully today. Also my missing $500 showed up. Annoyed at my reversed 1000 from the other night but I have faith it will be charged back to my card hopefully within 2 weeks.

Wondering how reversals from yesterday affect the monthly load limits. Anyone get reversals yesterday and was able to load to the full monthly amount today?

Good news: a friend was able to max out his $5K today after having $2300 from loads yesterday reversed.
