Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

IINM most blue laws had nothing to do with church, but all to do with workers getting drunk and not functioning the next day at work due to hangovers.

I just loaded in Howell at CS (to avoid line at register). I was told that name on cc has to match name on redcard.

In Baltimore, they ask for ID but don't care if it matches. So strange. In fact,  when I show them the gc, they say "oh forget about it"
