Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Even after calling Chase Fraud Services and telling them to expect 15k in purchases at Target over the next couple of months, my card STILL got a FA last night after loading one card (2.5k). WTF else can I do to avoid these things? Stop getting new cards? LOL

Load uneven numbers.
Thx, will do that. What kind of compensation could I ask for?

Sure. Because you specifically called in before hand for this reason.

For causing me all of this aggravation. 3 times I've not been able to use my card to load the RC (and I'm trying to hit a threshold here for SW RR Companion pass).

Does it matter that it's a Southwest RR card?

Sure. Because you specifically called in before hand for this reason.
I'm sure they may give something, but personally i would pick my battles with them. 5k is not worth potentially souring my relationship with Chase.

IMO they should compensate for aggravation and not doing something about the prior notice I gave them (as D93 mentioned). 3 times now, it's enough already.

Is that my mentality? It's called Customer Service. Makes people want to work with your products in the future. I do not typically demand compensation. I think it's similar to having your flight delayed, you've been inconvenienced.

Be prepared to breathe your last moments with chase with your $15k in purchases at Target.  I guess you care less about  the risks. I don't load more than $500 or sometimes a $1k max a month with them and all other cards we have.

With all this time spent at Target, DDF, and complaining about CS, how do you find the time to work??

Risks are an important consideration, true. I inflated the number for them to try to nip this issue in the bud. I load RCs with 5 diff Chase cards b/c that's what I have for now. I'm not that concerned since these cards will not be used next month. Good point though.

Lol how much time have you spent tracking my whereabouts? I live next to target and have tapatalk on my phone, there's your answer.
