Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

That would be me  >:(. However note the explanation for closure-Section 15E-which actually doesn't exist in the T&C's. Go figure.

That's a bummer... What amounts did you typically load? How quickly did you takeout the funds? how did you load the card?

Ya your right for some reason I remember that as D and I thought there wasn't any E-but either way that's not a reason or explanation of what I violated just a way of saying "well do what we want".

I actually used to load in different amounts-600, 700, etc.

Why? Just empty your funds immediately after you load.

One is more likely to have their account closed if they take the funds out immediately and thus the catch 22.

if i leave them in, i jeopardize those funds (although i still dont get how they can take your money)
if i take them out quickly, then next time it may get shut down immediately after loading
