You can search upthread, I believe that Green Dot cards were an issue and cannot be loaded. The other Vanilla cards have been confirmed as loadable.

Thank you. I can confirm that the One Vanilla (2nd picture, right side) can be loaded on to RC, and can be purchased at some 7 11s with a credit card.

Has it become standard to only allow one transaction per day (and since most csr's know much less than an average ddf'er that limits me to 200 pd) or this only new york area thing? Every time I find one that lets me do more within a couple days they stop.
