Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Just registered my temp card and they wrote me when I finished that is under review I called them and they said they need proof docs my license and social security card and then I need to call them again

Neither. I have dono other business with him many times. Some people may not like that he is making a profit on something he's getting for "free". I don't understand that line of thinking at all. He's providing people with a product that is worth money. If the price he is charging is not worth it for you don't buy it. He's not misleading anyone. It's ok for you to make money off if credit cards; but its not ok for him to make money of Target cards? There's a reason people are willing to pay for these cards. To them the price is justified.

i dont think anyone is doubting his trustworthiness as a seller, meaning he will deliver what you pay for etc. what they are questioning is his honesty about actually getting ppl to buy these free things, seems like the strategy is to convince people it's worth paying for by claiming all these people are doing it
