Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

no not on hand but you can apply for it then and it would be sent to you with the 10% off
You sure it's not the red credit card as Yudamaan asked? The website only says you can get a card in store. The target credit card has 5% off standard, and they may have been offering 10% off for signing up for that....

Out of all the people I've registered cards for I was flagged to have to send in a copy of my license and social sec card. Unfortunately I don't have the latter available. Here's hoping if I close down this card I can open the next one with no problems.

The rep said it might have been entering diff phone numbers?

it definitely was the red card the q. is if it was store credit card or reloadable, they both say red card on them here's the pic of a store credit card. The reloadable card has a amex sign on it and says prepaid

I had that yesterday too. You can also give them something a few other documents instead ask them to send you the email
