Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Issues loading tonight in Brick. Cashier didn't look to happy to do it and then when it got an error half way through he was bugging. Then manager came over and asked where I got it, I said online she loaded after with no problem.

No to withdraw
funny. I used an atm at target with no issue, but at another target, it wanted to charge me a fee. Like 2.50.

If I add someone for a sub account on my server account, can that person register for the red card?

Doesn't make sense. They write that card won't work for out of network ATMs and in network is free.

As evidenced by other instances, what they write and what we've seen are two different realities.

Got 2 prepaids last weekend, went to target in NY saturday night and tried to load both in the same transaction. They charged me for both (only did $25) but then receipt printed saying one could not be activated. I see the charge for both on my account. I then registered the first online, but waited on the second one. I then lost it the next day (hopefully somewhere in my house, and not thrown out). I called the 855 number and they said if I give them the card number and fax them my license they can activate it, but I would need the actual temp card. Am I truly stuck and out the cash, or does anyone have any thoughts on how to recover or transfer it?
Would a dispute work with the CC company if I send them the receipt showing that it did not activate?
