You can send money to or request money from anyone with a Target Prepaid REDcard Account or American Express Serve Account. If you send money to or request money from someone who does not yet have an Account, then that person will receive email instructions on how to register for an Account. Once they successfully register for their Account, they can begin to send and receive money.

Just saw this on the website does this mean maybe that if you request money from someone he can open an account?

That is very interesting logic but I have a better one for you. I will show you how to net 50k in one year playing these games and you give me 25k. Lot better than this stupid RedCard don't you think?

It seems Chase cards work with this but can you load with an AMEX on the Prepaid card? Or does that show up as a cash advance?

Reported many times- shows up as target purchase.

IME Avraham's Redcard can pay Yitzchok's mortgage. I don't think paying a CC would be different.
