Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

OK they sent me checks. I just got it in the mail
It says on top of the check account #... (my credit card #)
Than it says pay to... (my name)
Do i now forward this check to the cc company (mail it to them)? Or just deposit it into my bank account?

How many checks did you receive?

Would they make a 50 check delivery like Bluebird does?

Why not just call them and find out what went wrong and what to do with the checks?

As stated earlier these T&Cs were issued before RedCard was launched.
They were aware of the RC when the T&C's were written.

Well, I called to find out why it wasn't credited to my account.. The guy said it's in the mail..
I thought he didn't know what he was talking about so I decided to wait till I get the mail, and then if I didn't get it, call again..
But the real question is, is paying your own cc allowed?

This may be obvious but are you certain you filled out all the bill pay correctly? I.e. did you choose chase credit card as your payee and then put in your cc#?
It sounds like you accidentally hit pay someone else and then put yourself as the payee and just typed in all your cc info there which is why they sent you a check to yourself.

I did select (pay someone) myself,
As the other option was a business..
Was I supposed to do business...?

Yes. You go to pay bills add a payee and choose business. When you search for in the box that tells you to search for a business chase credit cards will come up. Follow the instructions and you'll be good to go.

Since its a registered business with redcard it will only ask for your acct # which is your cc # they will take care of the rest. Try it out and see if you still have more questions.  It should be pretty self explanatory once you see the steps.
