Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Each account holder needs a unique email address. IME, adding a + to a gmail account did not help. Does anyone have experience with adding a . to the email?
Or googlemail.com?
Don't you need a unique SSN too?

Do the green stars on the map not mean that they have them? Only the red diamonds?

Funny that it's easier to get a new SSN than a new email...

Not clear at all from looking at the map.  Sorry I led anyone astray.
(I'm in NY- no redcards anywhere - no experience with the map)

Right next to the link on the top left is a little drop down arrow that opens up more information.  It is a bit confusing, however the implication otherwise is that either all stores have it or no stores have it. If none have it, why bother putting it on the map? Unless you thought this guy went to every target store to verify the stock, in which case...wow. You give random strangers a lot of credit! :-)

Im also in NY, but i was thinking of using avios before I ended up buying from hamaivin

I have legal unregistered (no ID yet) Redcards. You can make the initial plus extra loads on with your CC.

How many passes are you offering?
When are the expiration dates?
