If I don't go through with the verification process can I continue on swiping different cards?
Or they're just closing me down?

they wont send $$ to your account without verifying

If you don't verify, you can continue swiping, but you won't be able to withdraw to a bank account, only to refund it.

you go into the transaction and there is a place on top to click on to issue refund
So what's the point??!
In other words your just being shut down!
Anybody ever went through with this?
Or just gave up??

if you have a legit business then you can verify it but if you don't then they want to shut you down
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

If they don't have any of your money, correct.

I just had an account shut down.  They said they're holding the money for 45 days.  It's not that much, I don't mind waiting, as long as it's not more than 45 days. Anyone have any experience?

Charged a CC yesterday and was expecting it to show up in my checking account this morning. It didn't.
It doesn't show in my Square transaction history but there is a pending charge on my CC for the amount the I charged. Weird.

Will update.

seems like they shut down any body  who has to many keyed in transactions (means technically that the user isnt there thats why they charge more for keyed in transactions if you swipe its alway safer) so even if you just signed up wait till it comes your better off

-1. Plenty of shutdowns even without any keyed in transactions

yes but its definitely a factor thats one of the common denominators other than swiping gift cards which is against the company policy

Incorrect!! Don't make assumptions based on nothing... I was shut down without any keyed in cards, they said that high denominations or GCs are the 2 factors for getting shut down.
My office buzzes to the JewishMusicStream!!!

+1 I keyed in a good 5 or 6 gift cards they didn't care but once I swiped for $700 & they closed me down.

Are you referring to this?

I just had an account shut down.  They said they're holding the money for 45 days.  It's not that much, I don't mind waiting, as long as it's not more than 45 days. Anyone have any experience?

They aren't offering to reopen the account after 45 days.  They shut me down and are holding my my money for 45 days.
