I know. I can go ahead and make fake documents as if I run a real business. I just don't see any gain in it it's not like I lost out on anything... Max a $300 or so of free processing.
It's also not legal.

There seems to be two versions of the website. Trivial difference but I wonder if there are other behind the scenes differences. In one of my accounts "Invoices" is nested under "Sales." In another it's it's own option along the top.

no, 5 PST gift cards can be used but don't overdo it, also don't rush to high amounts, they deposit the $ automatically as long as you made the cutoff point
