On iPhones its much harder to find ways around things so if someone did the research then in most cases it can't be done. I'm still going to look for ways on my computer but when all else fails I'll just have someone in the USA do it.

I'm not sure this will help but I tried using a VPN in Israel to save data and server must have been in England cause Google started displaying .uk so it definitely does some sort of spoofing. I don't remember how my maps worked but I remember something not working properly.

I would assume you can if you use the direct deposit info for your serve/redcard account. But just speculation; I've never tried.

You can see your money in your "dashboard" on the full site. It gets automatically deposited into your bank account every night after 5pm PST.
