Chase Ultimate rewards personal new site now asks if you are transferring points to your self or domestic partner, it looks like you cant transfer to a third party anymore.

someone did a 40k transfer to ua and only 1k of it showed up

Looks like this only applies to personal accounts. I don't see this on my biz transfer page.

Seems like it's because the CSP site has a redesign and Ink is still on the old design.

Either way, don't see why it wouldn't transfer...
