There are a lot of times we lein for a week (or more) days in a row - Succos, Pesach, Chanukah. If Rosh Chodesh is Tuesday and Wednesday, we lein 4 days in a row - in what situation would we lain more than 4, but less than 7 days in row?

When Rosh Hashana falls out Thurs & Fri and Tzom Gedaliah is nidche to Sunday. (5 days- Thurs through Mon)

Correct :)

In how many situations do we take out 3 sifrei torah on shabbos morning, and what is the maximum number of times that it can happen in a given calendar year?

I once met a man who redeemed his firstborn son twice! How is that possible?
Married a second lady who also had her first child a boy.

? Shabbos Chanukah r"ch. Is one. Other two are shekalim and hachodesh that fall on r"ch, but both can't be on the same year. Hence, 3 and 2, respectively

Correct! Only one of Shekalim and Hachodesh can fall out on Shabbos in the same year.

Married a second lady who also had her first child a boy.

Correct - Pidyon haben is based on the mother - so if a man was married twice and had a son with each wife that was her firstborn, they would each have a pidyon haben.

The question is worded wrong. He only has 1 firstborn.

How about:  I once met a man who made a pidyon haben for his son twice!  How is that possible?

That could be if someone redoes it if they find a Cohen of more certain lineage. I've heard of that.

How about:  I once met a man who made a pidyon haben for two of his sons!  How is that possible?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Just because things turned out a certain way doesn't mean you were right.

And simchas torah in EY :)

Simchas torah does require 3 seforim anywhere, no? V'Zos, Maftir, and Bereishis? How is EY different in that regard - an no, I didn't include it in my chesbon.

Which leads me to a few more leining riddles:
- What is the most commonly read haftorah, how many times is it read per year?
- What is the most commonly read torah section, and the max number of times per year it is read?
- What haftorah is read on different days in Golus and in EY (hint, not everyone reads it in EY)?
