Right, but this PDF says something about 'not to exceed five years' (until the pilot ends) or something.

I just pulled that up from my Amex account's "Account Management" section. It could be I'm grandfathered in at $175 for three.

Either way, I've always added AUs over the phone, and I've never ended up providing an SSN or paying a fee (bli ayin hara).

Nu, anyone want to be a Plat AU on my account?

Nice! On my next try with another family members account, they charged the fee right away, even though I filled it out online. It was actually the first time on another account where I did it by phone  (around Jan. this year) that the fee never showed up.

do u mean over the phone cause i thought u said somewhere that u did it over the phone and have not been charged
