I was going to cancel my Plat card and saw this. So if I sell 3slots for $100 I will net $125 Profit and have to keep the AU cards in my drawer and apply for Priority Pass for my buyers, right? But don't you need to present the actual metal/plastic card for Centurion? IIRC I've never been to Centurion but I remember being asked to present the card somewhere.
So if I'll get a retention offer I should do it

No, for PP you dont need the CC but for literally everything else, Plaza Premium, Lufthansa, Delta, Centurion - you will need to present your card.
You can manually online disable all cards.

I think it would impact the AU's, but not the primary cardholder. Because this account would now show up on the AU's credit reports (and it could affect things such as credit utilization calculations).

Wouldn't they need the account login info to do that? So I guess the question would be if they could circumvent that via the phone?

amex authorized users can have their own login. i checked, it allowed me to link my own loyalty account, potentially letting me transfer p2's mr points.
