Those amex plats are not attached to a country, but rather region.

i just had a "additional user" application (amex plat-applied online) canceled due to "no SSN" supposedly because of a new law from june that is slowly being implemented.
anyone else run into this?

Oh one more thing, I don't plan on flying this month so there is a chance that the first person to sign up with me I will be willing to let them chose the airline and spend the 200 dollars (just for 2010)

I could also pull a gun at the front desk and force my way into the lounge  ;)

Truth is my niassayon prob isn't as great as most other people. The only airline I fly (basically) is cathay to vancouver (from jfk) and I know the manager, so I get all plat benefits plus when I fly them anyway so I don't have such a tayva so I won't keep the card unless others want it for the benefits.
