1. Can I book UA Metal flights on Aeroplan online provided there is award space on united.com or do I need to call like SQ?.

2. There is no extra fees for UA metal within 21 days of dep if i book with Aeroplan points just like SQ?.

Not a horrible value if you use it just from europe to NA. E.g., ZRH-NYC on LX J.

It's not official, they just have very flexible routing rules, for example you can do TLV - US - AUS - TLV on one award.

115k. You can probably do Asia instead of Australia and it would be the North American rate of 80k.
