The AA Advantage Executive Platinum number with almost no waiting time has ended. Had to wait 16 minutes. Does anyone have the new good number?

According to Wiki in "Starwood Starpoints Transfer To Airline Miles Master Thread" Starwood > Aerplan transfers..."Aeroplan - Names don't need to match. - Usually takes about a day and half to 2 days to transfer."

does it make sense that aeroplan is selling a first class ticket on lufthansa from athens to ewr via fra in first class, but when i search FRA to EWR nothing comes up? i looked up the flight details, and the segment from FRA to EWR on that ticket is first class. Is there a way to find this ticket?
Fare routing restrictions is common, LH won't release seat when flying FRA-EWR only when originating in ATH for some reason

If you mean that you can redeem points to get
ATH-EWR via FRA on LH but can't get the FRA-EWR segment alone, it sounds like a married segment issue. LH is only willing to open the space if you take both segments together.

transferred chase to aeroplan, its been about 10 min, it has not gone through yet. I opened up an authorized user and transferred the points to them (its all within terms, its a household member) so im assuming thats the hold up, any idea how long this will take to clear?

For first time transfers, I've had to wait 2 days (maybe business days) before my UR showed up in Aeroplan. But with the transfer bonus, the bonus 20% showed up another 2-3 days after the initial transfer showed up in my account.. So I'd expect it to show up sometime around Monday/Tuesday
Cheers

Well the account that it was transferred into has been used, but not from that chase account. I guess that is the issue though. Thanks, hoping for the best

If it says saver award (X) on United, does that mean I can book on Air Canada? It's not showing up, but would it help to call?

as long as its not the flight im waiting on, then it should be in theory. however it seems united has been blocking some flights. It should be worth a call

I called. They didn't see it there either. Unless you're holding it

cross posting for urgent help

booked a ticket on AC, for united metal, just noticed that my reservation was cancelled. There was zero warning. (everything should be kosher, it was in my name both accounts). I had a res booked on my wifes account holding a reward in united miles but it was without my mileage info, and i never got the usual warning email that two overlapping reservations will be cancelled. just noticed now that it does not exist. It happens to be united is showing the rates that should make it available on AC but its not coming up. Any idea what to do? travel is sunday

also there was no notification of the cancellation after the fact. So i would have otherwise probably showed up to the airport without knowing i didnt have a flight

The fact that it's in saver on United does not mean it will be available with AC (although that used to be the case).
PM me for a good deal on flights

1) bh the agent saw it was there, and was able to get it worked out and rebooked after a long wait time.

2) i think largely that has been select domestic routes not internation though i could be wrong

Thanks everyone who probably would have helped if it wasnt friday afternoon :)

2 questions

Whats the transfer time from C1 and Amex?

Can AC agents book UA X when it's available but not showing online? Seems like this https://www.dansdeals.com/points-travel/milespoints/ouch-united-blocking-award-space-partner-airlines/

You can now move points to Marriott. Also 50k members get Marriott Gold.

Unfortunately it's only for AC members with status, and the 1:1 transfer ratio is terrible.

My brother wants to borrow 100k points (booked from my account)
Is there any way for him to transfer it back to my account?
I know with chase I added him as an authorized user and was able to transfer to his united account directly.

He has capital one points that he would transfer back in a month.

Capital one only allows transfer to act holder and not authorized users. CHASE allows transfer to authorized users.

If I open a capitol one card then he can transfer directly to my account. Is that correct? Is there any fee?
