The AA Advantage Executive Platinum number with almost no waiting time has ended. Had to wait 16 minutes. Does anyone have the new good number?

According to Wiki in "Starwood Starpoints Transfer To Airline Miles Master Thread" Starwood > Aerplan transfers..."Aeroplan - Names don't need to match. - Usually takes about a day and half to 2 days to transfer."

How long was the hold time?
Its very odd with AC sometimes I need to wait 1 hour+ and sometimes literally 5 min.

I wanted to change an award ticket from ZRH to EWR and it gave me an error saying that it's a train station and it can't change it, not sure why it sees ZRH as a train station (on aeroplan, a change is $100 vs. $150 for a cancellation). I did find a way however to do it. PM me if you encounter this issue for a solution.

Booked 1 adult and lap infant on award ticket. lap costed 2.5k , Now Im trying to cancel and it charges $150 PP to cancel and get refund. Its charging me $300 , apparently its charging for lap infant as well. I dont want to pay $150 to get a refund of 2.5k  1)Anyway I can get refund of Adult ticket for $150 and just forget about lap infant?   2)Is this Normal theyre charging a fee on cancelling a lap infant? Any input would be appreciated . thanks

Interesting how Aeroplan now prices united direct flights to Europe in J at 80k saver, but with a onward connecting flight it's the reg award chart price. It's now possible to do hidden city award tickets.
checked bags? no problem just make a stopover for 5k points to anywhere, it's especially useful to western Europe like London, Paris, Brussels, Zurich etc. where the reg rate is 60k and if you add a flight to a close enough airport keeping it under 4,000 miles altogether the price will be just 65k

Excactly. Works wonders for XXX-USA-YUL or YYZ with AC where it brings it down as much as 10K points.

Chase offering 20-30% Air Canada Aeroplan transfer bonus
Between June 5 and July 17, 2025, you can receive a 20% bonus when you transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Air Canada Aeroplan. This promotion is being offered on Chase’s end (in the United States), and is hard coded into the transfer ratio, meaning you should see the bonus at the time that you make the transfer.

that's a miss for me..... I just booked TLV-BOS 70k for next week (originally TLV-ZRH-BOS but after they rebooked TLV-DXB-BOS. I would love a longer layover in DXB but AC says they can't change it.

Interesting that some LOT polish flights operated by hello jets TLV-WAW-JFK sell for just 62.3k in Business class, and the price for a flexible reward (refundable) is the same as lowest reward.

I booked this flight for 52k UR (20% transfer bonus) making it 5.8 CPP (and 6.4 CPP compared to refundable cash fare)
