The AA Advantage Executive Platinum number with almost no waiting time has ended. Had to wait 16 minutes. Does anyone have the new good number?

According to Wiki in "Starwood Starpoints Transfer To Airline Miles Master Thread" Starwood > Aerplan transfers..."Aeroplan - Names don't need to match. - Usually takes about a day and half to 2 days to transfer."

Is there a difference in miles, whether I attach a RT  Europe-Tlv to a RT NYC-Europe, or book it separately ?

Might be a good idea to book 90k RT to Warsaw, Zurich, Geneva, London & then book a RT ticket with $$ if its cheap Europe-TLV... If you can keep it to the Star alliance you can check the baggage right through.. There used to be agreements between airlines even if they werent in the same alliance but its getting very rare these days

That's not going to work, since I'm stopping in Vce on the way.
My problem is that I don't want to have to use the extra miles for J, when all I'm getting now in J is the Europe-TLV part, and not the long haul NYC-Europe. There is no more Y available on the flight I'll need RT Europe-TLV, so now I'm not sure if I should book separately, and save the miles, or book as one, and hope J opens up.

Is there anyway to set up on AC,  when booking RT J, where some segments are in Y, for those segments to be automatically changed to J, being that that's what you paid for, or do I have to keep on checking, and call AC to change it ?

1) Till when can I change my AC itinerary, is it up till 24 hours before the flight, or anytime ?
2) if I'm originally booked on a flight that charges YQ, and change to one that doesn't have, I'll get refunded the difference, correct ?
3) Can I switch from a flight with a connection, to a direct one ?

Thank you. I found the answer to question 1. It's up to 2 hours before the flight.

I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place.

I noticed recently that domestic destinations such as i.e. EWR-DEN that was always FIXED MILEAGE of 12.5K miles is now 25K miles (for econonmy/coach)....making it twice as expensive as United. Am I looking in the wrong place or something? i never heard of Aeroplan devaluing their miles by that much.

Thanks.

Were you looking at a RT instead of OW?

My friend has a amex account that he needs to transfer out all the MR points. I was going to transfer all to aeroplan because he wanted to use them on star alliance NYC to western Europe and aeroplan was the best option for business. Now with this devaluation. What is my best option to transfer the amex point to ?

So this is my aeroplan nightmare.
Was looking for JFK-BUD on 3/26. AC showed 1 seat in J JFK-WAW-BUD. Searched for the second seat and the itinerary changed from J on the WAW-BUD leg to Y for both passengers. I booked the first one knowing there were 2 J seats on the JFK-WAW long haul. I went back to book the second on with the Y short-haul seat and i wasnt able to book at all. PUTPAC twice, they informed me its phantom availability. Went to UA and booked the exact same second seat JFK-WAW in J and WAW-BUD in Y.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Within 21 days it will be $180 and SQ only $20
(And SQ is very good for TLV.)

As of dec 15, Aeroplan is devaluing his points on some destinations by 20%. That's bad news.
From the USA to BRU, was always 90k points + less then 50$ tax RT, from dec it will cost 110k points a RT
