Anyone getting error message after trying to book mileage tickets? Any ideas on what is going wrong? Have the miles in the account.

Maybe the ticket is gone? Check on United if the ticket is there.

"Flight Redemption Failure" - It is a Swiss one way ticket from Europe to US. Ticket still shows availability when I search again. On hold now with customer service. Frustrating since I just transferred AMEX points once I saw there was availability.

Don't worry, if you see it available on United and ExpertFlyer, the representative will be able to book it for you. You might be on hold for a long time though.

Finally got through after a 1:45 wait. Told me that since I set up my account today, it takes 72/96 hours to register and that is why it didn't work online. They offered to book now for $30 booking fee (charge to book via phone vs online) or wait the 72/96 hours. Despite my frustrations, they wouldn't waive the charge since flight is a few weeks out. Given the wait times, HUCA didn't make sense and I didnt want to lose the business saver redemption.

Beware for those who are trying to use Areoplan for last minute travel and sign up for account same day...

Can someone explain what the street number is and the street name is?

Let's say I live in Brooklyn at 1234 East 56th street, how would you answer those two questions?
Or when It asks me for my street number it means my home number which would be 1 2 3 4?

Gotchya, I'm used to hearing my home number versus my street number.

What's your home address? And what street you live on? Not what's your street number, as that would be East 56th street, and street name would be East 56th as well, while what's your home number then I would say 1234.
But whatever can't fix these Canadians!

Would aeroplan allow a multi citi booking originating in EWR and returning to JFK ?
I tried online and got a error that it’s not a valid multi citi route

Assuming it's coming out cheaper when booking a RT vs two OW?
If it doesn't work online, your best bet is to call to have them book it manually.

Separately it’s 55k each way. But the middle flight bru-bud Is 15k economy and 30k in business

If I do it together as a multi city
It’s a total of 115k in business
Plus I plan to bring a infant on lap. You know it’s $100. Years assume me if I book it as a multi city I will pay it only once. Correct ?

As seen here, seems it won't work online, while calling in is your best option.

book online the BRU - BUD, it will confirm the booking without paying the taxes, & it will advise you to call in to pay the taxes, when calling the special number provided, you can ask to add the other flights, so you will save the call center fee.

Never had an issue with them booking for me when i wasn't able to book it online due to whatever reason the site wouldn't allow me to book that flight, but a free excuse to have the booking fee waived and no need to argue to have it waived.

But I think AC is the worst when it comes to CS holding time.
Nor does twitter work to get help.
And I'm sure even worse now with the covid19.
