no proof needed, if the address is outside Canada, you have 36 months, sometimes its not updated immediately on the website.

Its a quick call.

You can also do united callback that you lost your PNR but if you give them your info & flight info they can find it

The AC YQ is what ITA shows for F not J. What am i missing?
