The AA Advantage Executive Platinum number with almost no waiting time has ended. Had to wait 16 minutes. Does anyone have the new good number?


According to Wiki in "Starwood Starpoints Transfer To Airline Miles Master Thread" Starwood > Aerplan transfers..."Aeroplan - Names don't need to match. - Usually takes about a day and half to 2 days to transfer."

No close in fees with AC.

Phone support is closed after (or a couple minutes before) midnight EST. Don’t think there’s an official nighttime scheduled online maintainance, but it does happen.

Aeroplan doesn't charge close-in-fees.

Any thoughts on which flight I should take?
Flight for tom the 17th from NYC-LAX are pricing around $236 On studentuniverse.com with a HC to SEA, or for 12k Booked through AC, wouldn't think twice to take the 12k, but living in brooklyn would only want to fly out of lga or jfk.
 While on AC theres only flights with stopovers leaving from lga, and then direct from ewr, which requires a 30-45 min drive which I would need to take a taxi which which cost 40-50$.
 BA wants 20k, AA has for 12k which works great for me but dont have spg.(Only UR/MR) SW lowest at 30k
Singapore/Kris flyer 20k In j but a stopover in Panama.
 Any other options I'm not seeing? Thanks.

Does Aeroplan allow a free stopover on a one way, or only on a r/t? I.e. would TLV-ZRH-YYZ price the same as TLV-YYZ?

Just tried to book for tonight and didn't let me...
Had to book with UA and pay $75 close in fee....

Guys, if my 8000 Aeroplan Miles were supposed to expire on January 31st and I forgot to make an activity to extend them. They are still showing in my account as of today, February 2d. Is there anything I can do at this point to keep them? Will booking a reward ticket and then canceling it within 24h help me? Thank you.
