CRBA and passport for kids with an Israeli parent .

Is there a way to get a crba for kids born in Israel and are currently in the United states?

The CRBA must be processed by the consulate/embassy in the country where the child was born. You can apply at any embassy, but they will ship the application to that country for processing. You can get a SSN in the US at the social security office without a CRBA.

What documentation would be required to obtain a SSN without a CRBA?
